Snapshot 30-03-2025 19_03_edited_edited_

Our primary goal is to advocate for individuals with exceptionalities and to serve as Care Navigators for their families—guiding them to resources, opportunities, and support.

We see you. We hear you. And we are here. You are not forgotten.

Thank you (2)_edited.png

Operation “No One Forgotten” became more than an idea, a plan, or an event. We watched families walk through those doors, connect with resources, ask questions, meet other families, receive support—and, most importantly, leave with HOPE.

We were blessed to have 27 incredible community partners come together to provide resources addressing real needs within our community—from education, employment and transportation to healthcare, therapies, transition to adulthood, CPR training, faith inclusion, family support and so much more. Families also left with backpacks filled with school supplies and sensory items, non-perishable food, household essentials, door prizes and other giveaways.

To the City of DeSoto, Minnie's Food Pantry, Stacy's Sensory Solutions, our community partners, volunteers, supporters, our incredible team and every person who helped make this event possible—THANK YOU.

And to every family who came through those doors: thank you for trusting us, sharing your stories with us and allowing us to serve you.

Community Resources

Navigating the journey of caring for a loved one with an exceptionality can feel overwhelming. Finding the right support, information, and opportunities shouldn't have to be another challenge. That is why we have created the Community Resource page with a curated list of organizations, non-profits and services, all dedicated to supporting the individuals with exceptionalities and their families.
